Warranty, parts and returns
Warranty terms differ by manufacturer and by product, so they are stated on your quotation and in the documentation handed over at commissioning rather than summarised here. We will not guess at a period on a website.
If something fails
Take the machine out of service, then contact us at steve@todayfitness.com.au with the model, the serial number and what happened. We assess it, and where it is a warranty matter we handle the claim with the manufacturer rather than sending you to them.
Spare parts
Parts are available for the equipment we supply, in and out of warranty.
Returns
Commercial equipment is specified for a room and supplied to order, so there is no change-of-mind return. That does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, which are set out under the Australian Consumer Law and cannot be excluded.
