Finance options
A fitout is a capital purchase, and most of the rooms we build are financed rather than paid outright. We can put you in front of finance for the equipment we supply.
How it works
Finance is arranged through a third-party financier, not by us. We prepare the specification and the quotation; the financier assesses the application and sets the rate, the term and the conditions. Approval is theirs, not ours, and it is subject to their criteria.
What it is usually used for
The equipment schedule, and in some cases the installation with it. Structures commonly used for commercial gym equipment include chattel mortgage, equipment lease and rent-to-own. Which of those suits you is an accounting question as much as a cash-flow one.
Before you decide
We are equipment suppliers, not licensed credit providers or financial advisers, and nothing here is financial advice or a credit recommendation. Talk to your accountant about the structure and the tax treatment, and read the financier's documents before signing. Rates, terms and eligibility come from the financier and can change.
Asking about it
Raise it at the consultation. It is easier to size the finance once the room has a specification and a number attached, and there is no obligation either way.
