Supply and quotation terms

Nothing is sold through this website. Equipment is supplied against a written quotation, and that quotation is where the commercial terms live.

How a supply is agreed

We specify the room, issue a quotation, and supply against your written acceptance of it. The quotation sets out the equipment, the price, what is included in delivery and installation, the payment terms and the delivery window. If something is not in the quotation, it is not in the scope.

Prices and lead times

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and hold for the period stated on the quotation. Lead times are confirmed at order and depend on manufacturing and freight, which we do not control. Where a delivery window moves we tell you as soon as we know.

Before you sign

Read the quotation. It is a short document and it is the agreement. If a term in it is unclear, ask us before accepting rather than after.
